About
Kaymn is for people who have lived it
Some things are hard to talk about with anyone who has not been through them. Kaymn is a community of small tribes around a diagnosis, a season of life, or a subject that needs a quieter room. You join, you read, and you share when you are ready.

What Kaymn is
Kaymn is made of small tribes. Each one gathers people around something they have actually lived — a diagnosis, a hard season, a change at work or at home, something in the body or in the mind. Tribes are grouped into realms, and the list is not closed. New rooms open as the community grows.
You show up as yourself, or quietly if the tribe allows it. People write what happened, ask the questions they have been carrying, and answer from their own lives. The site is in English. Posts can be in English or Arabic.
A post on Kaymn is one person’s account of what they lived. It is not Kaymn speaking for them, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a lawyer, or anyone licensed to advise you.
Worth knowing
A few honest notes, so you know what you are walking into.
- This is not medical advice People share what happened to them. That can be a comfort. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a reason to skip a clinician.
- There are no ads in the feed You will not find sponsored posts between the stories. The room stays with the people in it.
- Tribes stay small on purpose You are not posting into a crowd of strangers. You join a tribe around one experience, with rules that tribe has chosen.
How it works
A short picture of daily life on Kaymn.
Small tribes
Each tribe is about one lived thing, not a little of everything. You join the rooms that are actually yours.
Your tribes first
Your feed comes from the tribes you belong to. The more you read and respond, the more it understands what matters to you.
Thanks, Helpful, Lived it
When something lands, people say so with Thanks, Helpful, or Lived it. If a reply really helps, the person who asked can mark it as the best answer. That is how impact grows.
Anonymous when you need it
If the tribe allows it, you can post without showing your name. Moderators can still see who you are if someone reports serious harm.
The tribes
Tribes are grouped into realms. These are the ones here now. Open any one to read the welcome and see what people are saying.
Health
PCOS, fertility, menopause, gut health, and more — peer support grounded in lived experience, not generic wellness advice.
Mental Health
Emotional wellbeing through life’s hard seasons — anxiety, burnout, trauma, sleep, and the mental load of new parenthood.
Relationships
Love, loss, co-parenting, and rebuilding — relationships in their messiest, most human forms.
Beauty & Body
How we see and care for our bodies — hair, skin, weight, hormones, and acceptance without the beauty-industry script.
Who it is for
If you have been looking for people who already understand, this is for you.
If you want to be understood
You are living something specific, and you are tired of starting the story from the beginning. You want a room that already knows the texture of it.
- A diagnosis or a flare that people around you have not lived
- A season of life that needs a smaller room than a public feed
- A question you would rather not put on a public wall
If you are ready to share
What you lived might be the sentence someone else has been waiting for. You can write under your name, or without it when the tribe allows.
- You are here to ask and to listen, not to perform
- You can disagree about treatment paths without shaming anyone
- You will keep to the tribe’s rules and the community guidelines
Trust & safety
We keep the space respectful. Tribes have rules, and so does the whole community.
- Adults only You need to be at least 18 to use Kaymn.
- A story is not a prescription What people write here is their life, not licensed medical, legal, or professional advice. Big decisions stay with you and the people qualified to help you.
- Rules matter Each tribe writes its own. Across Kaymn, the community guidelines cover harm, harassment, and what we will take down.
- You choose how visible you are Anonymous posts hide your name from other members. They do not hide you from moderators if someone reports serious harm.
